Pet Types
Cats and dogs welcome. There is a one-time pet fee of $150.00 for one pet & $250.00 for two pets (max of 2) as well as monthly pet rent of $25.00 for cats & dogs under 35 lbs; $35.00 for dogs 35 lbs+. Dogs 35 lbs+ are allowed on first floor only. Breed restrictions apply: the following breeds are not permitted: Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Cane Corso, Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Mastiffs, Pit bulls, Rottweilers, Huskies, Wolf Hybrids, and others at the discretion of the landlord.
